Use of Information: The information collected via Constant Contact is used solely for the purpose of sending emails to subscribers. It is not used for any other purpose, nor is it shared with any other system or agency without the consent of the individual, unless required by law.
Routine Uses: The personal information collected may be used in accordance with the routine uses outlined in DFC’s Privacy Act System of Records Notices, which may include uses necessary for the proper administration of DFC programs and activities, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Data Protection Measures: DFC takes data privacy and security very seriously and implements appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to the information is limited to authorized personnel who have a need to access the information in the performance of their official duties.
Rights of Individuals: As provided by the Privacy Act, individuals have the right to request access to their personal records, to request amendments of their records, and to request an accounting of disclosures of their records by the DFC.
