DFC CEO Nathan to Travel to Poland and Italy

WASHINGTON – U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Chief Executive Officer Scott Nathan will travel to Warsaw, Poland and Rome, Italy, May 17-20, 2022.

In Poland, CEO Nathan will meet with Polish Government officials, U.S. businesses, civil society representatives, and private sector companies and investors to discuss energy security and climate in the midst of the Ukraine crisis. While in Italy, CEO Nathan will meet with DFC’s counterpart Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) from across the world at the European Development Finance Institution (EDFI) Annual Meeting. CEO Nathan and his counterparts will discuss ways to boost collaboration among DFIs to promote private investment in infrastructure in developing countries, as well as other global development priorities. The EDFI annual meeting is closed to press.
