DFC has active projects across the Indo-Pacific and has committed to a heightened focus to help transform this vast region into a global economic leader in trade, innovation, and technology.

Partnering with Regional Allies

Together with Australia and Japan, DFC is setting the standard for global infrastructure development. Blue Dot Network, launched in partnership with Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), is a new initiative that brings together governments, the private sector, and civil society under shared standards of global infrastructure development.

Blue Dot Network evaluates and certifies nominated infrastructure projects based upon adherence to commonly accepted principles that promote market-driven, transparent, and financially sustainable infrastructure development in the Indo-Pacific region and around the world.
