- Am I eligible for employee benefits as a Pathways participant?
Eligibility to receive employee benefits is dependent on the type and length of your appointment and your work schedule (i.e., part-time, or full-time).
In general, Recent Graduates are eligible for retirement benefits, flexible spending accounts, health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and long-term care insurance.
Interns hired on a temporary or short-term basis (e.g., summer hire) may not be eligible for benefits.
Pathways participants who work at least 90 days accrue vacation and sick leave once they begin their program.
- What are the eligibility requirements for recent graduates at DFC?
Eligibility requirements differ based on the opportunity. Please review the "Requirements" section of the announcement you are applying to for specific eligibility and qualification requirements.
- I was not selected for the Recent Graduates Program. When can I reapply?
You can immediately reapply to Recent Graduates job announcements if not selected.
- Is there a GPA requirement for the Recent Graduates Program?
There are no GPA requirements for Recent Graduates at DFC.
