Siân Fisher

Siân is DFC’s Acting Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she oversees the planning and directing of all activities related to human resources, acquisition, security, administrative services, and records management, while serving as a key advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to this role, Siân was DFC’s Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director of Human Resources Management. In this position, she led the human resources aspect of the transition from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation to DFC and oversaw the insourcing of human resources services in coordination with the Interior Business Center.

Siân has served in the federal government since 2004 in various agencies and human resources roles. Previously, she served as the Director for Human Capital Policy, Accountability and Talent Acquisition at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) where she led policy development and recruitment efforts for a workforce of over 80,000 HHS employees.

Siân has an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Temple University, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College.
