Stephen Duggan is the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), where he leads the Office of Financial Management and oversees the agency’s financial operations. He is an operationally focused finance executive with a proven track record of leadership in complex and high-growth environments, including startups, private equity portfolio companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises.
Prior to joining DFC, Mr. Duggan held senior leadership roles across a range of media and entertainment companies. His experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of The Daily Wire, Worldwide General Manager for Global Business Services at Paramount Global (formerly Viacom), Chief Financial and Information Officer of Mood Media Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of Maxim magazine.
Mr. Duggan brings extensive board and governance experience. He has served on the boards of Viacom International Hungary KFT, NTELOS Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: NTLS), Questex Media Group, and Alpha Media Group. During his tenure, he chaired the Audit Committee for both NTELOS and Questex.
Mr. Duggan is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. He holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Murray State University.
