Keron White

Keron White serves as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). In this role, he oversees all activities related to acquisition, security, administrative services, and records management while serving as a critical advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. White joined the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in 2018 as the Managing Director for the Office of Acquisitions before the agency transitioned to DFC. 

Before joining the agency, Mr. White served at the Department of Justice – U.S. Trustee Program as the Chief Procurement & Property and Chief Budget Officer. He also served as Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer – Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, leading “A Blueprint for Stronger Service” initiatives centered on centralization and consolidation of procurement and property management operations. He’s also spent several years at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he held finance, contracting, and hospital administration positions.

Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a bachelor’s in Economics and Finance. He also holds dual master’s graduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Public Health (MPH) from Oregon State University.
