WASHINGTON – U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) today announced Neonu Jewell as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She will lead DFC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility vision, programs, and policies, as part of the agency’s senior management team.
“I am thrilled to welcome Neonu Jewell to the DFC team,” said DFC CEO Scott Nathan. “With her record of leadership on diversity, Neonu’s work here will help shape our organization as we grow and will be to the benefit of the DFC workforce.”
Ms. Jewell has over two decades of experience she brings to DFC. Prior to joining DFC, she advised multi-sector executives and senior leaders on diversity and inclusion, workforce engagement, and change and talent management strategies. She also spent twelve years as an international trade attorney providing counsel on international trade compliance regulations, policies, and contracts.
Ms. Jewell is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, and Union Theological Seminary.
