Naz El-Khatib

Naz El-Khatib is the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).

Before joining the team, he served at the State Department, where he primarily covered Indo-Pacific affairs among a range of other policy areas as a member of the Counselor’s staff, and separately advised the Chief of Staff to the Secretary on internal initiatives. He previously served as an Associate Director of Policy at National Security Action, a non-profit organization, and as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Co., among other roles.

Mr. El-Khatib is a graduate of Stanford Law School, Cambridge, and Yale. He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
