Darrell Benjamin serves as the Assistant Inspector General for Audit and joined DFC in July of 2021. Prior to joining DFC OIG, Darrell was a Deputy Assistant Inspector General at the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General where he held various audit director and executive level positions in both the financial and operational audit areas. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and has a Master of Arts in Management. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of Government Accountants.
