Workforce Relations and Benefits Specialists—Oversee operations and policy related to employee and labor relations; provide authoritative guidance and consultation regarding federal and DFC-specific wellness and benefit programs.
HR Information Systems Specialists—Oversee a wide variety of HR support functions, including systems that support HR personnel action processing, employee lifecycle management, timekeeping, payroll, electronic Official Personnel Folders, and learning management.
Workforce Planning Management & Program Analysts—Responsible for strategic workforce planning, data analysis, succession planning, workforce projections, and HR manpower administration and documentation. Serve as subject-matter experts on matters pertaining to the use of HR Information Systems by ensuring DFC is in compliance with system enhancements and migrations.
