Talent Acquisition Specialists—Provide staffing, recruitment, examining, and pay administration advice and consultation to managers and executives across the Corporation. 

Workforce Relations and Benefits Specialists—Oversee operations and policy related to employee and labor relations; provide authoritative guidance and consultation regarding federal and DFC-specific wellness and benefit programs. 

HR Information Systems Specialists—Oversee a wide variety of HR support functions, including systems that support HR personnel action processing, employee lifecycle management, timekeeping, payroll, electronic Official Personnel Folders, and learning management. 

Workforce Planning Management & Program Analysts—Responsible for strategic workforce planning, data analysis, succession planning, workforce projections, and HR manpower administration and documentation. Serve as subject-matter experts on matters pertaining to the use of HR Information Systems by ensuring DFC is in compliance with system enhancements and migrations. 

Strategic Programs Specialists—Manage DFC’s strategic programs in areas such as policy and accountability, employee development, executive resources, employee engagement, overseas programs, and talent management. 

Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet applicable basic education requirements, depending on position. 
  • Specialized Experience: Must have relevant experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge or skills essential to satisfactory performance in the particular position. Specialized Experience is located under the Requirements section of each USAJOBS announcement.   
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or those who owe allegiance to the U.S.   
  • Applicants must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
